I see clients in the afternoons Monday- Thursday and Friday mornings. As of August 2026, I have several weekly time slots available at 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
After you request an appointment, I'll confirm it within 24 business hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your Client Portal, where you'll access appointments, forms, and billing. Your forms will take about 15 minutes to complete and need to be completed 24 hours before we meet.

It's important to have a therapist who is the right fit. If at any point in our process you think you'll work better with someone else, I'm happy to talk about what is and isn't working and make a thoughtful referral.
I am 100% remote and all sessions are conducted on a secure video platform.
I am able to work with clients in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida.
My rate is $260 per 50 minute session.
I am out of network with insurance. If your insurance company provides out of network coverage, I can send you a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
Our first session is an intake, where we'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and how I can be of help.
