Therapy for Perfectionism

It's time to stop being perfect and start being you.

You're a 'high achiever,' and in many ways your effort has paid off. It's gotten you to where you are now - except it doesn't feel like you thought it would. You thought that when you got the degree and job, you'd be able to slow down.

Instead, the goal post keeps moving. Your to-do list is neverending and you feel guilty when you try to relax. You may seem calm and collected, but your mind is constantly racing. A critical voice in your head keeps an ongoing monologue of everything you're doing wrong. It's exhausting.

You keep pushing yourself, but it’s not enough. Maybe if you try just a little bit harder, you'll get to where you want to be. At least, that's what you hope.

You envision a life where you have room to breathe. Your mind is quieter, and without the constant stream of self criticism you feel more present. You take guilt-free breaks that leave you feeling inspired and energized.

You are able to slow down and check in with yourself, and you have a better sense of what makes you happy. Your goals are based on what you truly want, rather than your feeling of 'not enough.'

You feel at peace knowing you are enough just the way you are. You smile more, laugh more, and feel lighter. You're able to just... be.

My goal is to help you make this vision a reality.

a crack in everything

That's how the light gets in"
